AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that AI Content is generated automatically by machine learning technology and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI Content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

3. User Accounts and Registration

6. AI Content and Data Usage

Content Processing and AI Training

News Source Aggregation

Our Services aggregate news content from various third-party sources. We do not create, verify, or endorse the original news content. All news articles remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. Our AI processing and summarization constitute fair use for the purpose of news aggregation and information discovery.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING AND BEARING ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF ANY AI CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON ITS ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS.

WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BETA FEATURES - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Our software applications and all materials therein, including the Services, AI algorithms, user interface, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and other intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to VectorForge LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

License to Use

AI Content and News Disclaimers

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF:

• AI-generated summaries, recommendations, translations, or analysis
• News content aggregated from third-party sources
• Personalization algorithms or content recommendations
• Real-time news updates or breaking news alerts
• Trending topics or popularity rankings

Service Availability

We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or that any errors or defects will be corrected. News content may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate due to technical issues, source availability, or other factors beyond our control. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RELIANCE ON ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR THIRD-PARTY NEWS SOURCES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VECTORFORGE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

Informal Resolution

Binding Arbitration

Class Action Waiver

16. App Store Specific Terms

Apple App Store

If you download our applications from the Apple App Store, you specifically acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and VectorForge LLC only, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no responsibility for the application or its content
• Your use of the application must comply with the App Store Terms of Service
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the application
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you
• VectorForge, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any warranty claims

Google Play Store

If you download our applications from Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that:

• To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and Google Play Terms of Service, the Google Play Terms shall apply with respect to your use of the application downloaded from Google Play
• Google has no responsibility or liability related to compliance or non-compliance by VectorForge or you under these Terms

Other App Stores

If you download our applications from other app stores (including but not limited to Amazon Appstore, Samsung Galaxy Store, or Huawei AppGallery), the respective app store's terms and conditions shall apply in addition to these Terms, and the app store provider has no responsibility for our applications or these Terms.

17. International Users

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. For European Union users, we comply with applicable GDPR requirements and provide additional protections as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We amend these Terms from time to time, for instance when we update the functionality of our Services, when we combine multiple apps or services, or when there are regulatory changes. When we make changes, we will:
